The professional foundation of FFC's leadership was established through civil engineering education at the University of Engineering and Technology (U.E.T.) and early professional experience in engineering and construction-related roles, including work with NESPAK.
Expanding into Project & Business Management
Further professional experience in management, commercial operations and business strategy strengthened the leadership team's ability to approach construction projects from both technical and organizational perspectives. LUMS MBA education added a broader foundation in management and strategic planning.

FFC developed its construction operations around residential, commercial and infrastructure projects, building dedicated teams for quantity surveying, grey structure construction, finishing and project management.
