Grey Structure Construction for High-Rise and Multi-Storey Buildings
FFC’s grey structure division carries out the structural stages of high-rise and multi-storey construction — the foundations, columns, shear walls, beams and slabs that everything else depends on. Work is led by site engineers, surveyors, construction managers and project managers, so setting out, reinforcement, formwork and pours are checked as the frame goes up rather than after it.
We work on apartment and residential developments, commercial buildings and infrastructure-related projects in Lahore, Islamabad and across Pakistan, either as a standalone grey structure package or as the first stage of a wider construction scope that continues through MEP and finishing.
- Foundations, rafts and substructure works
- Columns, shear walls, beams and slab construction
- Formwork, reinforcement and concrete pour supervision
- Setting out and quantity surveying by in-house teams
