Building Electrical Works Coordinated With the Construction Programme
FFC’s electrical works division installs and coordinates building electrical systems as part of the wider construction programme — distribution boards, cable containment, wiring, lighting, power outlets and earthing — planned around the structural and architectural sequence rather than fitted around it afterwards.
Because the same company runs the grey structure and finishing scopes on many of our projects, conduit routes, chases and service penetrations can be set out while the structure is being built, which avoids cutting into finished work later.
- Distribution boards, sub-mains and cable containment
- Wiring, lighting and small power installation
- Earthing and protective systems
- Coordination with structural, architectural and MEP scopes
