HVAC & Fire-Fighting Systems by Faisal Farooq Construction

HVAC and Fire-Fighting Systems for Comfort and Building Safety

FFC’s HVAC and fire-fighting division covers the mechanical systems that make a building comfortable and safe to occupy — ducted and split air conditioning, ventilation and extract, plus fire protection including sprinkler and hydrant pipework, pumps and hose reels — installed in coordination with the structural, electrical and architectural scopes.

Plant locations, duct routes, riser space and ceiling voids are agreed early with the other divisions, so that mechanical services are accommodated by the design rather than squeezed in once the building is up.

  • Ducted and split air conditioning installation
  • Ventilation, extract and associated ductwork
  • Sprinkler, hydrant and hose reel pipework
  • Pumps, plant rooms and system commissioning
